Sunday, 30th November Tree Service 11 am – Introduction to the festive services
Saturday, 6th December Christmas Fayre 10 am – 1.30 pm Stalls, Café, Raffles, Tombola, Chapel Open, Free Parking
Sunday, 7th December Tony Service 11 am – A chance to bring a gift for a homeless child or a child from the Women’s Refuge. Please be sure not to forget the teenagers as there are likely to be a few older ones this year because the Homeless Young People’ Centre is closing down and the Homeless Families Unit, which we always support, are having to take them in. Over the past few years we have had a great response for the children and we hope this will continue this year.
Sunday, 21st December Children’s Christmas Service. 11 am – every year the Children’s Group work very hard to put on a Christmas musical play and we would, therefore, like you to support them if you possibly can. I can assure you of the ‘aah’ factor!
Christmas Eve, 24th December Candlelit Carol Service 6.30 pm. A chance to see the Chapel at its most beautiful. It will be decorated for Christmas and lit by lots and lots of candles. The service takes the form of members’ readings and carols and will be led by Rev. Lynne Readett. The service will be followed by refreshments in the schoolroom.
Sunday, 11th January Congregational Meal at Bryn Masonic Hall at 1.30 pm This will be the third year we have held this meal and everyone is looking forward to it. Can anyone wishing to go please give their name to Susan Naylor.
Wednesday, 14th January Committee Meeting 7 pm.
